1. Overview
At Craxyloneph, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of CoreVitality Plus. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products, in compliance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the following template, though it is not mandatory:

3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must not be damaged by the customer (normal shipping wear excepted).
- The original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
3.1 Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
- Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer after delivery.
This limitation is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which allows exceptions for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us via email at notify-us@craxyloneph.world within 14 days of receiving your product, stating your intention to return.
- Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and the return address.
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong product was sent. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Processing
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
6.3 Refund Amount
The refund will include the full product price and the original standard shipping cost (if applicable). Additional shipping costs (e.g., express delivery chosen by you) will not be refunded.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping:

- Provide a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Under Finnish consumer law (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 5), you have the right to demand repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund for products that do not conform to the contract.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank or payment account, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as refunds may take additional processing time.

9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original product following the process above and place a new order.
